A Disciplined Approach To Learning

Skyview Academy High School is a school of rituals and routines whose focus is on the development of student self-discipline as a foundation of learning.  Students will learn aspects of Respect, Responsibility and how to help one another to Belong and be Safe in a rigorous learning community.  We expect students to be active participants in their learning by promoting responsible decision making and self accountability.  Students will experience consistency in school structure and common expectations across all classrooms.  We believe that it is important to develop a student’s individuality within a unified learning community by promoting relationships and self-discipline.   

• Student as worker, teacher as coach:  Students are taught, supported and expected to work as a team in the classroom learning environment.

• Every student every day:  Students will see every teacher everyday and have all their classes each day.
